Ubiquinone or ubiquinol — what's actually inside?
This capsule contains coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinone — the oxidised variant. Ubiquinone is the form used in the large majority of Q10 supplements and the one the body converts into ubiquinol through its own metabolism. It is chemically stable, suited to long shelf life and the most thoroughly documented form in research. For most adults it is therefore the usual choice.
Why combine Q10 with B3, biotin and selenium?
