How to Enjoy the Share Plum

If you want to integrate the Share Plum into your daily routine, there are several options. For a gentle introduction, you can soak one plum in 500 milliliters of water, ideally about 12 hours before consumption. Afterwards, you can drink the enriched water. If you enjoy the Share Plum on its own, make sure to drink plenty of water afterward, at least half a liter. To allow your body to gradually get used to the product, it is recommended to start by consuming only half a plum. Some users prefer to consume it in the evening.
