Apricot) - also called Japanese apricot - has been held up as an exceptional food in traditional Asian culture since the 5th century. It thrives along the subtropical latitude, in the Guangxi Mountains, in Taiwan and in Japan, wild on the fertile hills.

Our ShareOriginal® plums (jap. Apricots) prefer to grow in wild form in a designated nature reserve, which is carefully harvested by small farmers by hand. We ensure with fair prices that these efforts are rewarded and that the entire production chain from the tree to you remains fair and sustainable.

The freshly harvested fruit is fermented in its own fruit juice for at least 30 months and then coated with herbs in a scientifically based manufacturing process.
