Barley grass is a sweet grass and contains more chlorophyll, minerals, trace elements, vitamins, enzymes and bioflavonoids than most green plants. Above all, it contains an extremely high amount of chlorophyll, flavonoids, B vitamins, the amino acid tryptophan, calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, iron and many secondary plant substances in a balanced nutrient concentration. It also contains plenty of enzymes for metabolic processes. We therefore believe the term “superfood” is entirely justified.
Even better than the barley grass itself is the particularly easily digestible barley grass juice. If it is dried, you get a powder that already contains valuable micronutrients. The breakdown of the indigestible solid particles can be avoided and does not burden the digestive tract. The proportion of micronutrients such as iron, zinc and magnesium is significantly higher in the juice powder than in barley grass.
The recipe includes lemongrass and lemon balm, which give the barley grass a lemony flavor.

Recommended dosage
Drink a heaped teaspoon daily on an empty stomach with liquid.
Preparation
Put the powder in a dry glass, add about a quarter of a liter of cool water, stir vigorously immediately. Ideally, do not mix with fruit juice so that the enzymes can work without being affected by the fructose in the fruit juice.
