Robert Franz Turmeric for Grey Parrots
Against joint pain in grey parrots.
In India, the use of turmeric (curcuma longa, yellow root) has been documented for 4000 years and belongs to the family of the ginger family. It contains, among other things, the so-called curcuminoids (sharpening and bitter substances). Turmeric was considered sacred and was already one of the most important spices at that time.
