Spermidine is a natural polyamine from wheat germ extract. It occurs in all living organisms, but the natural spermidine content in the body cells decreases with advancing old. It is possible to counteract this process through nutrition. The main source of spermidine is wheat germ. These already have a very high spermidine content by nature. Nuts, mushrooms or pumpkin seeds also contain plenty of spermidine, but it is difficult to meet daily needs via conventional foods.

Recommended intake
Consume 3x 1 capsule with water.
