Question about item
Nine Ayurvedic ingredients in one tablet – the original from Himalaya
Cystone is a classic Ayurvedic formula from Himalaya: seven plant extracts and two mineral ingredients pressed into one small tablet for daily use.
Search online for Ayurvedic herbs and you quickly end up with single plants in capsules, or with vaguely named "complexes". Sometimes, though, you want exactly the handed-down blend – the way it was put together, and from the maker that coined the name.
Cystone brings together several plant and mineral ingredients. The largest shares come from the extracts of Didymocarpus pedicellata and Saxifraga ligulata. Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia), Nagarmotha (Cyperus scariosus) and a few further plants round out the botanical side – joined by Shilajit, a mineral-rich natural material, and a mineral calcium silicate (Hajrul yahood bhasma). One daily serving is two tablets.
There is a long history behind the recipe. Himalaya was founded in India in 1930, with the aim of combining traditional plant knowledge with laboratory research. Today the company's products are sold in more than a hundred countries – and Cystone itself is one of the brand's long-standing classics.
Two tablets daily: one tablet twice a day, with meals, with water.

What's in the Cystone formula?
The two largest shares come from the extracts of Didymocarpus pedicellata and Saxifraga ligulata. Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) and Nagarmotha (Cyperus scariosus) round out the botanical side. Two mineral ingredients complete the blend – Shilajit, a dark, mineral-rich natural material from mountain regions, and Hajrul yahood bhasma, a traditionally prepared calcium silicate. The amounts above refer to the daily serving of two tablets.
