Description of ingredients

Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, normal fertility and normal reproduction. Zinc also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and bones. Zinc contributes to normal metabolic processes of fatty acids, carbohydrates, macronutrients and vitamin A. The contribution to normal cognitive abilities and a normal acid-base metabolism is also important.
Calcium contributes to normal blood clotting, normal functioning of digestive enzymes, normal energy metabolism and normal signal transmission between nerve cells. The mineral is also needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Calcium has an important function in cell division and specialization.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. The mineral has a function in cell division and contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal protein synthesis, normal muscle function and electrolyte balance.

Consumption recommendation
