High-quality lecithin is an important building block of all cells and nerve cells and is therefore essential in everyday life. Lecithin belongs to the group of phospholipids, which are an elementary component of all cell membranes. The high-quality amino acid choline is a biological precursor that enables our body to produce the relaxing messenger substance acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is the counterpart of the stress hormone adrenaline and, together with taurine, supports natural relaxation and calming metabolic processes. The vitamins of the B complex are elementary bio-tools for metabolism and contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system: they promote the formation of neurotransmitters and thus improve memory and concentration in a natural way. The liver needs lecithin for smooth communication between the cells, but their functionality and lifespan also depend largely on lecithin reserves. In addition, lecithin promotes the breakdown of homocysteine, which damages blood vessels.

Recommended use
Dissolve a slightly heaped measuring spoon (= approx. 10 g) in 1/8 liter (plant-based) milk or water once a day and drink. For better solubility, it is recommended to stir the powder with an electric whisk.

Special notes
LECITHIN PLUS oral powder contains GMO-free soy lecithin. Lecithin is a lipid-like compound, which is why it is a little harder to dissolve in water. We therefore recommend taking it with (plant) milk.
