The optimised composition of short and medium chain carbohydrates contributes to the maintenance of the endurance performance during the stress phase. The minerals that have been inserted replace the electrolytes that have been eliminated by the perspiration. Calcium and magnesium in particular are crucial for perfect muscle function. A loss of liquid of 2% of the body weight (1-2 litres) results in a decrease in performance of about 20%. A quick replacement of lost liquid is therefore important.Very well tolerated. Mostly also at fructose intolerance.

Taste: Blood Orange. Lactose and gluten-free.

Recommendation for use
Please dissolve in water according to the following diagram:

Measuring spoon (= MS inside) results:

1 ¼ MS (approx. 20g) = 250 ml
2 ¼ MS (approx. 36g) = 500 ml
4 ½ MS (approx. 72g) = 1000 ml

For example, competitions of more than 1 hour should be taken in the last hour before starting 250-500 ml of the energy drink. During the loading phase, regular drinking in portions of 150-200 ml is recommended every 15-20 minutes. After the stress phase we recommend the use of our regeneration drink.

Note for diabetics: 1 liter (approx. 72g powder) drink corresponds to 5.6 BE.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, sucrose, isomaltulose , calcium lactate, sodium chloride, acidifier agent: citric acid, aroma, trimagnesium citrate, potassium citrate.

*Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
