Question about item
Three months of routine — without reordering in between
Three jars of Robert Franz OPC 65 — 180 capsules of grape seed polyphenol extract with 65 % OPC content. At two capsules a day this covers a full quarter.
Anyone who has taken OPC for a while knows the scenario: the jar runs empty, the reorder gets forgotten, a couple of weeks pass without capsules. The 3-month set fixes exactly that. Three jars at once — one order covers the quarter and the routine never breaks.
The content is identical to the single jar: 350 mg of grape seed polyphenol extract per capsule with 65 % OPC, inside a plant-based cellulose shell. Oligomeric proanthocyanidins, OPC for short, are the most extensively described subgroup of polyphenols in research — plant compounds that protect the grape seed from sun and oxidation.
Robert Franz introduced OPC to the German-speaking market in the 1990s — building on Jack Masquelier's research, who discovered the substance in 1948 at the University of Bordeaux. The OPC 65 formula has not changed since: pure, no additives, with a standardised 65 % share.
Take 1–2 capsules daily shortly after a meal with liquid.

How should I store the unopened jars?
As long as the jar is sealed, room temperature in a dark cupboard and a dry space are entirely sufficient. The Miron glass additionally shields the contents from visible light. The "keep cool and dry" guidance gains relevance once a jar is opened — kitchen humidity and direct sunlight are worth avoiding from that point.
Does the 3-pack make sense compared to single jars?
Anyone taking OPC long-term and certain the routine will continue saves both shipping fees and reorder effort with the set. The best-before date is printed on every base — three months are comfortably covered, often much longer.
⚠️ Mandatory notice: Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
📦 Storage: Keep out of reach of young children, store in a cool and dry place. Best before / batch: see base of jar.
💬 Frequently asked questions
-
How long does the 3-pack last?+At one capsule per day, 180 capsules last roughly six months. At two capsules a day it's three months. Couples sharing the set get through it faster, but spare themselves frequent reordering.
-
Are all three jars filled identically?+Yes — three individual Miron glass jars, each containing 60 capsules of 350 mg grape seed extract. Identical formula, identical labelling. Batch numbers between jars may differ.
-
What exactly is OPC?+OPC stands for oligomeric proanthocyanidins — secondary plant compounds in the flavonoid family. Concentrated sources are grape seeds and pine bark. They were discovered in 1948 by Jack Masquelier at the University of Bordeaux.
-
Is OPC 65 vegan?+Yes. The contents are plant extract, the shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose — a plant cellulose. No animal-derived components, no additives.
-
Can I combine OPC with other Robert Franz products?+Many customers combine OPC with Vitamin D3 drops, Vitamin K2 drops or Magnesium Complex 8-fold — all long-standing items in the Naturversand range. As OPC is neither vitamin nor mineral, there is no NRV overlap.
