anatis Amino Acids III Complex capsules

Dietary supplement with all night essential amino acids and L-glutamine.

Amino acids are the basic building blocks of life. The body takes it from animal and vegetable food and transforms it into about 100,000 new protein compounds that fulfill the most diverse tasks. For food supplements, amino acids can be obtained from fermentativ plants. They are immediately bioavailable without being split up by digestion. Of the total of 25 amino acids that our body needs, we can manufacture a part ourselves, but eight amino acids are essential and cannot be stored for long periods of time. Amino acids should be available in the right proportion to each other and seamlessly every day, especially with increased demand. Additionally with L-glutamine.

Recommendation for use
Take 4 capsules with liquid twice a day (ideal before and up to one hour after training).

Ich nehme die Magnesium Kapseln von Optiolex schon eine zeitlang ein und bin sehr zufrieden. Seither keine Krämpfe und Muskelzucken mehr. 1 Kapsel war zuwenig. Mit 2 Kapseln , manchmal 3 Kapseln am Tag verteilt, war es gut. Hab schon einiges ausprobiert, aber diese sind hilfreich
