Barley grass is harvested while the plant is young and has not yet formed grains. At this stage it is especially rich in chlorophyll. Espara gently dries and mills the organic grass into a fine powder.

It is grown organically in Germany, keeping transport distances short. The powder tastes mildly grassy and pairs well with fruit juice.
