Alkaline baths are also becoming increasingly popular with young, health-conscious people, because they ensure well-being by deacidifying. Many people are familiar with alkaline nutrition. An alkaline bath has similar advantages and combines alkaline balance with the benefits of a full bath. An alkaline bath is suitable for alleviating numerous everyday complaints. It relaxes and harmonizes the acid-base balance. Counteracting hyperacidity has many health benefits, because in the long term it leads to cell changes.

What is an alkaline bath?
The alkaline bath deacidifies and gives more well-being. It is suitable for detoxification and purification and can be a useful addition to a diet. It can be used in the bathtub, but also as a foot bath in a bowl. While sitting in the bath water, excess acids are simply washed out through the skin. This benefits the thighs, forearms, stomach and bottom as well as the scalp. Last but not least, the alkaline bath is good for the soul. The pleasant warmth of the water calms, relaxes and reduces stress. The alkaline bath is so pleasant that it has long been part of everyday life for many people.

What are the effects of permanent acidosis?
Those who are constantly over-acidified damage their body. An unbalanced diet, especially the intensive consumption of sugar, not only leads to obesity and secondary diseases such as diabetes, but also to severe acidosis. More than two thirds of the adult population in industrialized countries suffer from acidity. Although this sensitive disturbance in the acid-base balance is not always noticed immediately, it also has negative effects at this stage. Alkaline bath - Wellness at home
The osmosis principle is used in the alkaline bath, therefore only high-quality bath salts and powders may be added to the bath water. They give the water a basic pH value. Inferior quality salt does not lead to the desired deacidification. Users should therefore follow the package instructions exactly when mixing. The stay in an alkaline bath should last longer than in a normal full bath. Despite deacidification, it is advisable to additionally practice good stress management. Stress is one of the most dangerous causes of illness and, just like the wrong diet, it causes an unbalanced acid-base balance.

Tips for Use
Special note: Depending on the size of the tub and the hardness of the water, it may be necessary to increase the recommended dosage in order to achieve the described pH value.

Recommended dosage
The alkaline pH-value of the bath water with Zeolite Base Bath is approx. 8.5 - 9, taking into account the application recommendation. It is perfectly suitable for full baths, seated baths and foot baths.

For an optimal use of the principle of action we recommend the application of the Zeolite Base Bath 2 times a week.

Full Bath: 2 heaped tablespoons
Seated Bath: 1 heaped tablespoons
Foot Bath: 1 heaped tablespoons

Please shake the can before use. Simply sprinkle the indicated amount into the water and bathe for at least 30 - 60 minutes. The optimal water temperature is 37 - 38 degrees.
