Hyaluronic acid glycosaminoglycans is an important component of connective tissue and has the ability to bind relatively large amounts of water (about six liters per gram). Hyaluron acts as a water reservoir and as a shock absorber and lubricant (in the joint). Pomegranate (punicagranatum) is naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, flavonoids and polyphenols. Zinc and vitamin C contribute to the normal function of the immune system and to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
Recommended dosage
Take 1x1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid.
