Directions for Use
Take one teaspoon of mouth oil, swish it through the gaps between your teeth and around your mouth. After at least 4 minutes (longer is fine), spit it out – do not swallow. Then clean your tongue with a tongue scraper.
Best time to use: In the morning before brushing your teeth – a fresh, clean start to the day. Also suitable in the evening after brushing, to round off your oral care routine.
