Organic barley grass from Life Light comes as a tablet rather than a powder. You swallow 5 tablets twice a day with water, with no mixing. The tablets are 99% barley grass powder from organic farming.
Green powders have a catch: they taste of meadow, and you still have to wash the shaker afterwards. Tablets avoid both. The barley is harvested at an early growth stage and then gently dried.
