These colloids are produced exclusively by proton resonance and not by electrolysis. Ich nehme die Magnesium Kapseln von Optiolex schon eine zeitlang ein und bin sehr zufrieden. Seither keine Krämpfe und Muskelzucken mehr. 1 Kapsel war zuwenig. Mit 2 Kapseln , manchmal 3 Kapseln am Tag verteilt, war es gut. Hab schon einiges ausprobiert, aber diese sind hilfreich
