How to activate the heat pad
- Simply place on the radiator or in the oven. Heat in an oven heated to 130 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
- In the microwave oven at 600 watts for about 1-2 minutes. Never heat in the microwave oven for more than 2 minutes. Warm up for about 1.5 minutes each time. Don't overheat!
