Meetings, messages, screens until late in the evening: breaks get shorter and your mind rarely switches off. On top of that, much of what we wear on our wrists wants to be charged, paired and updated.
Inside the case sits the odem frequency core, with natural frequencies stored on it permanently. It works passively, simply by being worn on the body. odem describes it as a buffer against stress peaks that helps your nervous system move more easily from tension into recovery. According to odem, it also protects you against electrosmog. The bracelet needs no battery, no screen and no app. You set the band to your size once, then simply slip it on: the elastane makes it stretchy enough without opening the clasp. If your wrist is not an option, for example at work or during sport, you can wear the case on your ankle or on a necklace.
odem is a family business from Austria with more than 25 years of experience working with frequencies. The parts come from companies in Bavaria and Austria, and final assembly is done by hand in-house. The band, made from recycled PET, is knitted by a company in Austria.
📋 Putting it on and adjusting it
Place the band loosely around your wrist with the case on top. Pull the band through the clasp until it feels comfortable and secure it. Trim the excess once with scissors; it will not fray. From then on, simply slip the bracelet on and off.

When will you notice something?
That varies a lot. Some people notice a change after a few days, for others it takes four weeks or longer. odem recommends wearing the bracelet continuously for several weeks and calmly observing how your everyday life feels.
⚠️ Notes: Take the bracelet off in chlorinated or salt water. Keep perfume, lotions and other chemicals away from the case so the surface does not fade. Avoid rubbing or knocking it against hard or rough surfaces. With daily wear, the case and band may show signs of wear over time. The bracelet is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Do I need to charge or set it up?+
No. There is no battery, no charging cable and no app. Once adjusted, you wear it like any other bracelet.

Will it fit my wrist?+
Yes, if your wrist measures between about 10 and 21 cm. The clasp adjusts continuously. Only trim the excess band once you are sure the size is right.

Can I swap to a band in another colour later?+
Yes. All souls bracelets and the odem Sport bracelet share the same case, so every odem replacement band fits: the FLEX bands made from R-PET as well as the cotton bands you tie. That way you change the colour without buying a new bracelet.

Can it get wet?+
Yes. The case is waterproof and the FLEX band copes with water too. Only take it off in chlorinated pools and in the sea.

Can I wear it next to my smartwatch?+
Yes, even on the same wrist. If the case and watch knock against each other often, both surfaces may show marks over time, so a little space between them helps.
