Sanct Bernhard Milk thistle capsules

The milk thistle (Silybum Mariana) is a remarkably beautiful, violet flowering plant with prickly stems and leaves belonging to the family of the wicker. It is prevalent in the mediterranean region and grows on dry, stony soils, along the edges of the meadows and cattle pastures. From their seed-like fruits a complex of substances is obtained, which is named silymarin in accordance with the scientific name of the Lady Thistle. Only a healthy liver can form the gallant fluid that is important for digestion. That is why we have added the vitamin-like substance to choline, which demonstrably contributes to normal fat metabolism and to maintaining a normal, healthy liver function. The trace element zinc is part of a variety of enzymes and makes a valuable contribution to a normal metabolism among other things of fats, fatty acids, carbohydrates and proteins.

Each capsule contains 200mg dry extract of milk thistle fruits, standardized to a content of at least 70% silymarin.

Recommendation for use
Consume 1 capsule a day with enough liquid.
