What is inside the 8-in-1 botanical and nutrient complex?
The milk thistle seed extract is 25-fold concentrated and delivers 400 mg of silymarin per daily dose – the characteristic compound family of the plant. Artichoke extract (15–30:1) brings 15 mg of cynarin. The botanical side is rounded off with dandelion root extract 20:1 and Chlorella pyrenoidosa, a freshwater algae. On the nutrient side, 100 mg of choline, 15 mg of vitamin E, 300 µg of methylated folate and 125 µg of methylcobalamin complete the complex.
Why methylated folate and methylcobalamin?
Classic folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) and cyanocobalamin first need to be converted in the body into their biologically active forms. The methylated variants 5-MTHF and methylcobalamin are already active – they can be used directly by the metabolism. For this reason, Cosphera consistently relies on the active forms.

When is the best time to take the capsules?+
Two capsules per day, ideally with a meal and sufficient liquid. You can take both capsules together or split them across the day – a fixed routine works best, for example with breakfast.
