The artichoke is a thistle-like plant from the daisy family that originally comes from the Mediterranean region. Gourmets love its tart, delicately aromatic taste. In addition, its unique positive properties have been well known since ancient times. Its ingredients, especially the bitter substance cynarin, are particularly valued after enjoying rich, fatty meals. We have added the nutrient choline, which is a component of many foods. Choline contributes to normal fat metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function.
The milk thistle is a remarkably pretty, purple-flowering plant with prickly stems and leaves that belongs to the daisy family. It is mainly found in the Mediterranean region and grows there on dry, stony soils, on roadsides and pastures. A substance complex is extracted from its seed-like fruits, which is called silymarin, based on the scientific name of milk thistle. Only a healthy liver can produce the bile fluid that is important for digestion. That is why we have added the vitamin-like substance choline, which has been proven to contribute to normal fat metabolism and to maintaining normal, healthy liver function. The trace element zinc is a component of a large number of enzymes and makes a valuable contribution to normal metabolism of fats, fatty acids, carbohydrates and proteins, among other things.
Recommended consumption
Take 2 capsules daily, unchewed, with plenty of liquid.
