Erythritol (erythritol) is a virtually calorie-free, natural and tooth-friendly sugar substitute, which is becoming more and more popular because of its many positive properties.

Erythritol offers about 70-80% of the sweetening of conventional household sugar without having its negative properties. It has a glycemic index of 0, thus does not allow the blood glucose level to rise and must not be taken into account in the carbohydrate balance. Unlike artificial sweeteners such as aspartame or saccharin, which are synthetically produced, erythritol is not a foreign substance for the organism.
