100 mg lecithin, 53 mg magnesium (14.13% NRV), 1.1 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine) (100% NRV), 1.5 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin) (107.14% NRV), 15 mg vitamin B3 (N (93.75% NRV), 1.6 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxol) (114.2% NRV), 1.5 mcg vitamin B12 (cobalamin) (60% NRV), 100 mcg vitamin B9 ( folic acid) (50% NRV).

Complies with EU Directive 2002/46/EC, transposed into Austrian law by NEM Regulation 88/2004 (in the current Constitution).

Magnesium carbonate (37.19%), soy lecithin (18.6%), non-technical, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose*, filler microcrystalline cellulose, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, niacinamide (2.79%), release agent magnesium trisilicate, pyridoxol hydrochloride (0.36%), riboflavin (0.28%), cyanocobalamin (carrier maltodextrin, cyanocobalamin) (0.28%), thiamine hydrochloride (0.27%), folic acid (0.02%).
