BASENFIT oral powder: In the afternoon or in the evening before bed, stir one level measuring spoon (= approx. 4 g) into 1/4 l of tap water (or still mineral water) and drink it in sips. Ideally take it 1.5–2 hours away from meals.
SELEN PLUS spray: Spray the affected areas 5 × daily with 1 pump each (5 pumps = 0.63 ml).

What is the "acid-base balance"?
