Espara Valerian Complex Capsules

Dietary supplement with the mineral magnesium, vitamin B3 (niacin) and valuable plant extracts for general support of the nervous system and mild sleep promotion.

Magnesium and niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Consumption recommendation
Consume 2x 1 capsule daily or in the evening before going to bed to promote sleep 2 capsules with liquid.
