Why are there only three ingredients in the capsule?
Because nothing more is needed. Many capsules contain anti-caking agents like magnesium stearate, colourings like titanium dioxide, or fillers to make machine filling run more smoothly. With hand encapsulation in Austria, all of that can be left out – what remains is chondroitin, MSM and guggul plus the plant-based cellulose shell.
What is MSM?
MSM stands for methylsulfonylmethane, a natural organic sulfur compound. In this recipe it is the vegan source of sulfur and complements the chondroitin and the guggul extract. The branded DistilPure™ powder is used.
