Anatis Organic Triphala Powder combines the traditional Ayurvedic 3-fruit blend of Amalaki, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki – pure, natural, and certified organic. However, its tannins are less concentrated than in Triphala extract capsules (which contain 40% tannin).

Preparing a Mouthwash
You can either dissolve half a teaspoon of powder in a little water and rinse and gargle with it twice daily, or make a 6% intensive solution. To do this, boil a quarter liter of water with three level tablespoons of Triphala. Boil briefly over low heat and then strain through a clean tea towel. Store in a dark bottle and hold a sip in your mouth for a few minutes twice a day.
Recommended intake
Stir 2 to 3 g (= 1 tsp) of Triphala powder into water or juice 1 to 2 times daily and drink.
