What is Lactobacillus reuteri DSM17648?
A specific, heat-inactivated strain of L. reuteri. It is a so-called paraprobiotic (non-living, non-replicating). The surface structures of the inactivated strain can specifically bind H. pylori in the stomach and thus support its excretion via the intestine. No colonization of the intestine. Advantages of inactivation: Good stability, no cold chain required, generally very well tolerated.
Recommended Use
Take 2 capsules daily with liquid immediately before or during a solid meal. Helicopter capsules contain an inactivated Lactobacillus reuteri strain for the dietary management of gastric mucosal inflammation caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. It can specifically bind to Helicobacter pylori in the stomach and promote its excretion.
