What is orthosilicic acid – and why liquid?
Orthosilicic acid is the water-soluble form in which silicon occurs in nature. In SiliCell Plus it comes as a liquid and is dosed with a measuring cup. Silicon itself is a natural component of connective tissue, skin and bones. The liquid formula contains no preservatives and is kept in the fridge once opened.
Why zinc as well?
Zinc adds robust, legally authorised functions to silicon: it contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and bones and protects cells from oxidative stress. With 5 mg per daily dose, SiliCell Plus covers half of the recommended reference intake.
