Dietary supplement with the mineral chromium
Chromium plays an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, especially in the absorption of sugar. As independent researchers from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) have confirmed, the essential, i.e. vital trace element for maintaining normal blood glucose levels and a normal metabolism of macro nutrients. Carbohydrates, fats and proteins are collectively referred to as macro nutrients because they are recorded in large quantities (Greek "macros" = large). Chromium can be better utilized by the organism if it is bound to picolinate (picolin acid). Chromium picolinate is therefore an ideal way to take chrome.
Recommendation for use
Consume 1x 1 capsule daily with water to a meal.
