Tulsi, the "holy basil" of India, is considered to be the embodiment of the god of Vishnu or Krishna and is drunk as tea. After a tiring day or in between relaxes the herb and creates an atmosphere of security.
Preparation
For 1 cup take 1 teaspoon Tulsi herb (approx. 1g) with 250 ml of boiling water. Drink 1 to 3 cups a day.
