Per capsule 100 mg 45% saw palm extract and reishi full spectrum powder from all parts.

The saw palm is a twitchy fan palm that was originally found only in Florida. It is multi-stemmed, grows in bushform and reaches heights of one to three metres. Their fruits - also called sabal fruits - were already used by the Indians who used to live there. They are a popular dietary supplement as an extract especially for men.

Recommendation for use
Consume 3x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
