Grapefruit seed extract is best obtained by cold water extract gently and without any additives. Capsules (from dried extract) are more pleasant to take than the bitter liquid extract. Perhaps the most important quality feature of a first-class grapefruit core extract is the guaranteed purity and genuineness of a high proportion of bioflavonoids, as the flavonoids of the citrus fruits are called. Outstanding are 40-50% bioflavonoids. If you need liquid grapefruit seed extract for an application, you can open the capsule and completely dissolve the dried grapefruit extract in water.

Take 3x 1 capsules daily with liquid.

Grapefruit seed extract is extracted from the cores and cell walls of the grapefruit according to a patented process by pure water without additives. It contains a very high proportion of special, particularly bitter bioflavonoids. Perhaps the most important quality feature in addition to the guaranteed purity and genuineness is the extremely high active ingredient content of 50% bioflavonoids. Negative effects when taking medication?
Grapefruit juice has come into disrepute due to its interactions with numerous medications. The mainly responsible furanocoumarin are not included in the grapefruit seed extract. However, since the narginin contained in the extract may also interact with medications, one should take grapefruit seed extract at least in time or dispense with retard medication altogether.
