Cissus quadrangularis is a tropical/subtropical climbing plant that is related to the vine. Cissus (Greek kissus for Ivy) is popularly referred to as the "backbone of the devil" because of its strong, square branches, which recall swirls in the cross-section. Especially in Thailand, "Asthisamharaka", as Cissus is also called, is used in Ayurveda.

Ich nehme die Magnesium Kapseln von Optiolex schon eine zeitlang ein und bin sehr zufrieden. Seither keine Krämpfe und Muskelzucken mehr. 1 Kapsel war zuwenig. Mit 2 Kapseln , manchmal 3 Kapseln am Tag verteilt, war es gut. Hab schon einiges ausprobiert, aber diese sind hilfreich
