The chaga or inonotus obliquus is a tree mushroom that likes to grow on birch, alder, oak and beech trees. The inhabitants of Russia, the Baltic States, Scandinavia, Japan or Canada have been using the fungus for centuries or even longer.

Take 3 x 1 capsule with liquid
