Brahmi is a highly prized, even sacred herb from Ayurveda, named after the Hindu creator god Brahma. The small fat leaf is called Bacopa monnieri with a scientific name and is also called water ysop, herb of grace, umbilical weed or fairy weed.

Recommendation for use
Take 2x 1 capsule with sufficient liquid a day.
