Hatte starke Magenschmerzen

Ich hatte seit langem schon Magenbeschwerden. Da half mir nur Säureblocker. Erst das Weglassen von Gluten machte mich beschwerdefrei und – wenn doch irgendwo Gluten enthalten waren – der Hericium Vitalpilz bringen völlige Beschwerdefreiheit. Nebenbei hat sich sein Bluthochdruck reguliert.
