Vegan Pomelozzini Pralines fermented for at least 30 months.

Our exclusive SharePomelozzini® pralines are made from hand-picked, natural pomelo (or UR citrus fruit). The whole fruits are first shredded and then fermented in their own juice for at least 30 months – using the same mother ferment as our ShareOriginal® plums. After this complex fermentation process, we hand-shape the fruits into small pralines that delight with their fruity-bitter aroma. The slight bitterness comes from the essential oils and the albedo (the white flesh) of the pomelo and gives the praline its unique taste experience.

The pomelo is a large citrus fruit whose name likely comes from the Tamil language and means "large lemon." Our SharePomelozzini® are 100% vegan, free from preservatives, gluten, and lactose. How can I consume Share® Pomelozzini?

Start with half a chocolate to get used to the taste and texture.
The chocolates can be consumed at any time of day - morning, noon, or evening - as you prefer.
