Hemp oil is an excellent cooking oil with a mild, delicious nutty taste. The high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as the balanced fatty acid composition makes oil so valuable. The vital omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are in the optimal ratio of one to three. In order to obtain the valuable ingredients, this organic oil was gently cold-pressed. In the kitchen, oil can be used like any other oil, with its ideal area of application for cold dishes. It fits very well with salads, dressings, sauces, marinades, dips, bread spreads and much more. Cooked meals can also be refined with oil. You can do it just after cooking over the dishes. Oil is not suitable for frying, as its valuable fatty acids would be damaged at high temperatures. Oil can also be used for the external care of the skin.
