Thyme honey: Aromatically mild
In the dry, warm zones of the Mediterranean region, the wild thyme grows. Due to its strong spicy taste, thyme honey is a good alternative to sweet honeys.

Rosemary honey: Aromatically mild
Rosemary honey is a fine, rather rare honey speciality. Its floral, delicate, subtly sweet aroma is due to the sun-kissed rosemary shrubs of the Mediterranean region.
