Gastrointestinal herbal tea
Tea mix with chamomile flowers, peppermint leaves, anise, sweet fennel, cumin, balm leaves, cinnamon and marigold flowers.
About 1 tablespoon full of tea is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml), covered for about 10 minutes and then poured through a tea sieve. Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of freshly prepared tea is drunk warm between meals several times a day.
25g chamomile flowers, 20g peppermint leaves, 15g anise, 15g sweet fennel, 15g cumin, balm leaves, cinnamon bark, marigold flowers.
Store dry and not at room temperature
