Dietary supplement with zinc for life situations with increased zinc losses, especially through sweat or seminal ejaculation - in vegetarian capsules.

Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones.

Consumption recommendation
Adults consume with a meal and plenty of water:
1. To compensate for zinc deficiency for a maximum of 30 days, one capsule per day.
2. As a maintenance dose, one capsule every 2 days. This corresponds to a daily consumption of 25 mg (=250% NVR)
