Robert Franz Magnesium flakes

Magnesium flakes (pure magnesium) for external application

Recommended application
Footbath: For 3.5 liters of water you need at least 125g flakes. The water temperature should be about 37.5 degrees celsius. You should enjoy your footbath for about 25 minutes to achieve the best effect.

Bath: For a bath you should use at least 375g flakes and take off in the tub and relax. You will feel comfortable and restful.
