L-lactic acid is physiologically valuable for a balanced intestinal flora and a key substance for metabolism. It regulates acid-base balance.

The Aronia berry (also known as chokeberry) belongs to the rose family and is native to North America. It contains a variety of vitamins (water-soluble B1, B2, B3, B5, biotin/B7, folic acid/B9, B12, vitamin C and fat-soluble provitamin A, vitamin E, and vitamin K), minerals (potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper, manganese, iodine, zinc), as well as OPC (oligomeric procyanidins), gallogen, ellagic acid, and anthocyanins (flavonoids).

Aronia juice has a tart, fruity flavor.

Suggested Use
1 tablespoon of elixir the day after, or as part of a meal. Enjoy neat or mixed with tap water.
