The performance drink is a traditional isotonic drink, because the included electrolytes, minerlas, trace elements and vitamins in relatively high concentration are included. Recommendation for use
Take 1x daily 1 heaping teaspoon (=10g) or 1 sachet and dissolve in 1/4 liter of water. Drink 1-2 hours before sports. When intense sporting activity you can consume also 2 times a day (before or after exercise).
