Paracel Fenugreek-Seeds capsules

The fenugreek is a very old crop and is used both in Ayurveda and Chinese medicine versatile. Also Hildegard von Bingen knew already about the efficacy of the medicinal plant. Contain much Diosgenin.

Recommendation for use
Consume 2x 1 capsule daily with water.
