Sanct Bernhard organic linseed oil cold pressed natively with polyunsaturated Omega-3-fatty acids.
This precious linseed oil is extracted from the ripe seeds of selected linseed (Linum usitatissimum) from controlled organic cultivation by gentle mechanical cold pressing. All valuable fatty accompaniments as well as the characteristic aromatic taste remain intact. It is characterized by a particularly high proportion of linolenic and the highest natural omega-3 fat content of about 56%.
Especially delicious fresh, colourful salads, slightly warm dishes and raw food dishes that require a high quality oil.
Since linseed oil is very sensitive and susceptible to oxidation, do not heat linseed oil in any case, but use it in the cold kitchen. Once you have broken it, you should store it cool and dark, preferably in a refrigerator or freezer, and use it in a short time.
