Sanct Bernhard Organic barley grass powder

As barley grass, the young green barley plant (the horde of vulgare) is called, which later produces grains.

Barley grass has a similar nutrient composition as green leafy vegetables, but contains these nutrients at a much higher density. This should be the reason why barley grass has a long tradition as a valuable food in many cultures.

This organic barley grass powder is extracted from extremely gently dried, young leaves of the barley plant grown according to controlled biological guidelines.

Organic barley grass powder can be enjoyed very easily stirred in water, juices or food.

Recommendation for use
Consume 2-3 times a day 1 teaspoon of organic barley grass powder in approximately 200ml of water or stir in food.
